The Ballroom at the Citadel Beach House is available for event rentals such as wedding receptions, professional events, and private parties. The rental includes use of 20 round tables, 6 rectangular tables, 200 chairs and access to our prep-kitchen for caterers' use.

Our capacity varies depending on the type of event being held, ranging from up to 170 for a seated meal to around 150 for a buffet-style setup.

The dimensions of the Ballroom are 51' 6" by 51' 3".

 

The Citadel's Blue & Grey Room, often referred to as "The Shed", is located on the Beach House property separate from the main facility. It is used mainly for informal functions such as picnics, company outings, family functions and other outdoor events.

The Blue & Grey room includes 10 picnic tables, two large pool tables and a commercial charcoal grill. It is a covered area but does not have heating or air conditioning. Towards the beach, you will find the volleyball court, horseshoe pit, a basketball court, and the large back lawn. Access to restroom and shower facilities are included in this rental. The restrooms are located on the second level and on the beach side of the main Beach House.
